MAY I PLACE MY ORDER THROUGH THE MAIL?

Yes, you may.  Click here: Scripture Truth Order Form.   Fill out all of the pertinent information (make sure you include your entire phone number), and mail your order to us with a check or provide the information needed for a credit card transaction.

 

WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY PHONE NUMBER?

We use your complete phone as your customer number.  We do not sell or distribute any customer information or any of the phone numbers that are given to us.  The only time we give out your phone number is for resolving delivery problems—mainly UPS shipments.  If there is a problem with your order, we will use your phone number to contact you so that we can resolve the problem.

 

HOW DO I EDIT MY CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

When you “Sign-in or Register” using your email address and the password you have chosen, your account comes up showing your name and your email address.  If you need to make a change, you may do so by clicking on the EDIT PROFILE button that is placed even with your name and email address on the far right hand side.  You can also change the password to your account by clicking and editing the EDIT PROFILE button.

 

WHAT IS AN ‘IMPRINT’ BIBLE?

This is a Bible that you can have imprinted with your name or any name for that matter.  There is a $4.00 charge for this service.

 

PASSWORD – FORGOTTEN OR NO LONGER KNOW – HOW CAN I OBTAIN THE PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT?

There are two methods.  The easiest method is just to click on the “Forgotten Your Password” button.  Here you can just email our website, and a response will be sent back shortly to your email account with the password for your account.  If that fails, you are more than welcome to call Scripture Truth Book Company (540) 992-1273.  A representative should be able to determine if you have an account with our website.  If you have an account with our website, the password can be provided for that account.

 

MAY I ORDER A PRODUCT NOT LISTED ON THE SCRIPTURE TRUTH WEBSITE?

If you are seeking to locate an item that we do not carry, you are more than welcome to make an inquiry as to whether we can supply it for you.  Pertinent information concerning that product would be: title, ISBN (very helpful), and publisher.  If you only have the title, we will do our best to locate.  You may either email us (support@scripturetruth.com) or call (540) 992-1273. 

 

MAY I UPGRADE OF SHIPPING TO UPS? – HOW EXPENSIVE WILL IT BE?

We will gladly upgrade shipping your order via UPS ground  and only charge you exactly what it costs to accomplish this task.  We do not wish to make our shipping and handling a money-making item.  However, be aware that the upgrade to UPS shipping may be expensive and may be more than you anticipate.  To get an exact figure on your shipment by this method, you might wish to call in your order.  Also, be aware that UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes—a physical address is a must!  Many orders that are $150.00 already receive “free shipping” and many of these orders qualify automatically for UPS shipping.  Here is an example of an upgrade.  A #297rl KJV Original Scofield Bible going to Zip Code 28103 (2nd Zone) = $9.39 (6.74 base rate plus 2.65 area surcharge).  Same Bible going to Zip Code 91901 (8th Zone) = $11.44 (9.04 base rate plus 2.40 area surcharge). Weigh of the #297rl Bible is three (3) pounds.  The heavier the package the greater the cost of UPS is going to be!
