We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover as payment for online orders.

SHIPPING

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES

Within the U.S. only, does not include special services, and Scripture Truth chooses the carrier (usually USPS media mail.)

**Does not include ANY expedited services.

Choice of carrier is Scripture Truth's prerogative.

We ship via UPS and the US Postal Service. Special services (priority, etc.) through either of these carriers are available at your cost.

International orders DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping.

Scripture Truth ships via the United States Postal Service and UPS. We reserve the right to select the best shipping method. Special services offered by these carriers (such a Priority mail or overnight delivery) are available upon request, at your expense.

We do honor specific requests for UPS ground shipping, but you will be charged the actual cost to ship the package by UPS. For orders of $150 or more, you will be charged any DIFFERENCE between the cost of UPS and the least expensive method.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We are happy to special order items that do not appear on our website or sale list. To inquire about availability and pricing, please email support@scripturetruth.com or call (540)992-1273 during business hours.

Please be prepared to give the title, author, and if possible, the publisher and ISBN number.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE, with the exception of items damaged in shipping.

Please allow up to 3 – 5 weeks for delivery.

RETURN GUIDELINES

To return merchandise, please include a copy of the original packing list and a note explaining the reason for return.  If items are returned after 60 days and the items are not defective, there will be a 15 percent restocking fee.

We are are not responsible for any shipping damages incurred to returned merchandise. Properly packaging and/or insuring a return is YOUR responsibility.

We will REFUND the original cost of the merchandise, not including shipping charges, OR we will EXCHANGE your purchase for another item. Please enclose payment for any difference in the value of the two products, plus the appropriate amount for shipping your new merchandise (see Shipping Charges above).

To return damaged or defective merchandise, or items you did not order,  please include a copy of the original packing list and a note explaining your reason for return.

For damaged/defective items, indicate whether you would like a REFUND or REPLACEMENT. Please pack the items securely and ship the package via MEDIA MAIL. (We will only refund the cost of MEDIA MAIL shipping.)

SHIPMENTS TO PRISONERS

Due to the difficulties involved in shipping orders to prisoners, we require that you have a pre-approval number from the prison or the name of a prison official who has given authorization for the inmate to receive the items that you wish to send.  Each prison has its own rules about what can be sent into their facility.  While this may seem as a hendrance in helping inmates, we are simply trying to eliminate all the shipments that are refused which costs you the customer and us unnecessary shipping costs.
